Denny McCarthy
of Burtonsville won the 41st Annual Trusted Choice Big ‘I’
National Championship.
McCarthy shot a 5-under par 70 in the final round and won the event with a
270 (68-66-71-65) and a one stroke lead.
The event was held at the Dornick Hills Country Club golf course in Ardmore,
Oklahoma.

The 2004 National Championship was won by
Maryland Youth Golfer, Ji Ho Moon. Our female Golfer, Michelle Grille
came in 2nd place in the National Championship.

Ji Ho Moon wins the 36th Annual Independent Insurance Agent Junior Golf Classic.
Ji Ho Moon of Ellicott City won the IIAM qualifier at Argyle. He went to the national in 2003 and placed 8th, which gave him a spot in the 2004 tournament.
At the 2004 tournament, Moon played consistent, shooting 70-69-71 through the first round. He moved into the lead and took the championship by five strokes, shooting 70 and finishing with an even-par 280.
