INCREASED PROPERTY COVERAGE

CONDOMINIUM-WAIVER 

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that the [name of insurance agency] has fully explained the consequences of the Maryland Court of Appeals decision (4-15-08) regarding condominium ‘Master Policy’ coverage and has recommended increasing the property insurance limit on our condominium unit.  The increase would provide further protection for property which may not be covered by the Condominium Association Master Policy.  The undersigned has made a ‘conscious and informed’ decision NOT to purchase the additional insurance coverage.  The undersigned expressly waives any and all rights against the agency or its personnel.
