Objective: The entire course is concerned with major
commercial lines insurance coverages. Each
chapter in the commercial section of AAI 81 and AAI 82 uses a case approach with four
common cases applying to all commercial coverages. Additionally,
selling techniques used successfully by agents and brokers around the country illustrate
the application of coverage knowledge in the sales process.
The final two chapters discuss account development and use the case approach
to tie together coverages and selling. There
are 13 weekly assignments.
